Junior Project Engineer Internship

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manager in defining the Capex investment budget by creating applicable models for the site's specific context
• Assist in investment planning regarding timelines and quarterly budget allocation
• Support technical layout realization and address technical issues involving civil, mechanical, and structural engineering
• Interact with technical functions to find solutions that meet legal requirements, including Machinery Directive, ATEX, safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards
• Collaborate on industrial development and improvement projects from feasibility and equipment definition through to plant startup

Requirements

• Master's degree (5-year degree) in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of civil, mechanical, and structural engineering principles
• Fluency in both English and Italian (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot tables
• Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment both in the office and on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience within technical chemical manufacturing companies
