Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and sales engineers via telephone and on-site visits
- Assist in pre-sales for high-potential projects and post-sales for technical issues and maintenance
- Train new sales engineers on product knowledge and technical skills
- Manage various technical or transverse projects to optimize internal company processes
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, instrumentation, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent pedagogical and communication skills for training purposes
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to client sites across France
