Junior Project Buyer Intern

Responsibilities

• Support project and family buyers in managing tenders for seat components under development
• Identify suppliers capable of meeting technical and technological needs through sourcing and prospecting
• Assist project teams in defining needs regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and technical specifications
• Launch calls for tender to qualified suppliers
• Consolidate consultations and propose supplier assignments
• Coordinate the planning and preparation of Supplier Selection Commissions
• Formalize supplier assignments via nomination letters
• Manage industrialization progress at supplier sites and organize launch meetings
• Update ERP article files and supplier databases (price lists, lead times, price validity, etc.)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (4th or 5th year)
• Seeking a 4 to 6 month internship
• Comfortable with numbers and highly rigorous
• Knowledge of supply chain and technical drawings (parts on plan)
• Autonomous, organized, and capable of synthesis
