Junior Program Analyst/Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and programmatic support to Program Officers managing advanced R&D initiatives in areas such as Autonomy, Naval Engineering, and Undersea Systems
• Support federal acquisition and budgeting activities
• Coordinate technical reviews, meetings, conferences, and demonstrations
• Maintain program documentation, briefings, reports, and status tracking products
• Track program milestones and deliverables to assist with portfolio management
• Prepare executive-level briefing materials and correspondence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Math, Science, CS, etc.) with 5 years of experience; OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience; OR PhD with 1 year of experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• Recent experience supporting federal acquisition and budgeting activities
• Experience in technical program management and reviewing technical studies or design activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) RDT&E programs
• Familiarity with DoD RDT&E budget formulation processes and exhibits
• Knowledge of Navy program management processes
• Experience developing technical and programmatic tracking databases
• Experience preparing portfolio reviews, Quad Charts, and Fact Sheets
