Junior Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate electronic equipment for space electronic warfare systems
• Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in coordination with engineering
• Administratively track production tasks and assets in a ticketing system
• Manage and log hardware and software configurations
• Operate and monitor test equipment and verify calibrations
• Inspect products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications
• Assist logistics with teardown, packing, and shipping of systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and test procedures
• Physical ability to lift, rack, and stack equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills in software, hardware, or network issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience manufacturing RF-based electronic systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic understanding of RF test equipment
• Functional knowledge of ground systems for RF emissions
• Experience working with ground terminal equipment
