Junior Production Support/SRE Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and look after technical systems and processes that enterprise teams rely on
• Support production environments ranging from algorithmic trading engines to regulatory reporting
• Participate in an intensive 4-8 week training program covering ITIL, DevOps, SRE, and disaster recovery
• Apply technical skills to solve real-world problems during a 12-24 month client placement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM subject
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Legal right to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in English (French proficiency may be required for roles in Quebec)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in financial markets, equity trading, derivatives, and risk management
• Foundational knowledge or interest in Python and MySQL
