Junior Production Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare production programs by estimating needs, analyzing plant capacity, and identifying operational constraints
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient program execution
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Analyze production inputs and collaborate to optimize equipment operation

Requirements

• Degree in Economical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Intermediate English proficiency or above
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills
• Problem-solving mindset and interest in manufacturing processes
