Junior Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze simple programs from design to delivery, including material, equipment, and workforce requirements
• Create and maintain program schedules covering Design, Procurement, and AI&T phases
• Act as the primary point of contact for schedule and material status for the program management group
• Monitor progress against plans and identify schedule risks, critical paths, and constraints
• Prepare and review Production Readiness reviews in coordination with manufacturing teams
• Manage demand and contract deliverables within the ERP system
• Investigate material flow problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions
• Support the master scheduler in improving planning and scheduling methods and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Commercial Sciences
• 0-2 years of experience in project management or production planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management software (Primavera preferred)
• Strong understanding of schedule planning, scheduling, and project management concepts
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level
