Junior Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients for production and mixing recipes
• Maintaining cleanliness of machines and equipment
• Supporting the operation of machines and devices
• Controlling quality to ensure product compliance with specifications
• Adhering to established standards and key performance indicators
• Maintaining order, safety, and hygiene at work
• Performing tasks related to order packaging

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position is welcome
• Readiness to work in a cold environment
• Ability to perform active work (bending, lifting, and long periods of standing)
• Availability for 12-hour shift work
• Communicative level of Polish
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (costs covered if not held)
• Commitment to food quality and safety
• Love for dogs
