Junior Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide timely follow-up on projects assigned by the team leader
• Support plant decarbonization initiatives and sustainability projects
• Coordinate essential tasks with the quality technician
• Execute foundational production projects to facilitate learning within the production area
• Actively participate in teamwork dynamics and leadership activities within the department

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of production and industrial processes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge using Power BI for data visualization
• Digital mindset with an interest in industrial innovation
