Junior Product Manager Virology

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans for the virology portfolio, including HIV and liver disease areas.
• Contribute to lifecycle management activities for mature products, including updates of positioning, materials, and messaging.
• Assist in the preparation of brand plans, execution, and performance tracking.
• Support local launch activities for new products, including material preparation and launch readiness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Digital to support launch milestones.
• Support the development, adaptation, and rollout of promotional materials ensuring compliance.
• Contribute to the execution of digital and omnichannel initiatives.
• Participate in field visits to gain customer insights and collect feedback to improve marketing activities.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• First experience or a strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing (e.g., internship, trainee, or junior role).
• Knowledge and experience with material approvals in PromoMats.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French.
• A demonstrated interest in virology, HIV, and liver diseases.
