Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the global marketing team in developing marketing tools and assets for various segments such as hair care, skin care, and cleansing.
• Conduct market analysis by monitoring specific market evolutions, trends, competitive offerings, and consumer needs.
• Assist Product Managers with the operational follow-up of product launches and marketing operations.
• Collaborate with R&I teams to assist in the creation of formulation concepts and beauty routines.
• Contribute to product lifecycle management and the structuring of effective product offers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a focus on Cosmetic Formulation and Marketing.
• Scientific and technical training in chemistry or formulation.
• Strong knowledge of consumer markets within the beauty sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information into relevant content.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative, autonomy, and enthusiasm.
• Passion for the beauty products market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or academic projects involving market trend identification and competitive analysis.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, multicultural team environment.
