Junior Product Manager - NPI Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of the commercial goods product portfolio in Mexico, owning the full lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
• Drive growth through market intelligence, identifying gaps and opportunities via customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications for product introductions and lifecycle decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, margin, coverage, and P&L to ensure business targets are met.
• Maintain technical accuracy for product specifications, OE cross-references, and catalog information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives by delivering product positioning and technical content.
• Lead issue resolution for quality claims and logistics challenges using structured methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related business field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Practical, hands-on experience or interest in automotive technology.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Project, or PowerBI.
