Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the development process, including the selection of fabric, trims, blocks, and colour
• Develop buying plans designed to engage the target customer
• Execute category plans with a strong commercial focus and management of KPIs
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the Just Jeans team
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers

Requirements

• Experience in buying and product development
• Experience in jeanswear product development and a keen interest in denim
• Highly developed analytical and lateral thinking skills
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in understanding budgets and margin calculations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
