Junior Product Manager Milwaukee® - Automotive Hand Tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development from initial concept through to mass production
• Manage the full product lifecycle for Milwaukee® automotive hand tools
• Define product requirements for the European market through international customer visits
• Develop product marketing strategies and sales plans
• Manage product launches, including production timelines, warehouse availability, and pan-European pricing
• Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA markets
• Provide product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams
• Liaise with global development teams and collaborate on promotional marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education
• Professional experience as a Product Manager is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional foreign language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% to meet business needs
