Junior Product Manager, DevOps and AI

Responsibilities

• Participate in product planning, requirement analysis, and solution design for an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform.
• Implement AI Agent capabilities for engineering scenarios, including requirement analysis, coding collaboration, and test generation.
• Drive the integration of AI capabilities with code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, testing platforms, and deployment environments.
• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end engineering lifecycle to translate collaboration patterns into structured product solutions.
• Establish mechanisms for product effectiveness evaluation, user feedback, and continuous optimization to support organizational rollout.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong background in Software Engineering or Computer Science to work effectively with technical teams.
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding products such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Understanding of context engineering, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop collaboration.
• Fresh graduates with stellar internships or relevant extracurricular experiences are encouraged to apply.
