Junior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, including user research, concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI implementation.
• Partner with Researchers, Designers, and Product Managers to define new features and ensure designs are technically achievable and customer-centric.
• Explore strategic opportunities by generating hypotheses to solve customer problems, ranging from small optimizations to major UX innovations.
• Collaborate with developers and data analysts to scope, design, and analyze experiments aimed at moving key business metrics.
• Create and maintain the design library in coordination with the internal UX team.
• Manage multiple projects and products simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product design.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design and design thinking.
• Experience working within agile development environments and interfacing with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to make evidence-based design decisions.
• Strong understanding of how to de-risk designs and determine the appropriate level of design required for shipping.
• Portfolio submission is required along with your resume.
