Junior Producer

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Producer with scheduling, resourcing, project administration, and budget tracking across CGI projects.
• Coordinate the day-to-day production of CGI imagery in partnership with the 3D Lead to ensure briefs and timelines are met.
• Manage client communication, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Handle project documentation, including briefs, CAD packages, design updates, and mark-ups.
• Track feedback rounds to ensure artist comments are clearly documented and actioned.
• Identify potential scheduling or delivery risks and escalate them to senior leadership.
• Take ownership of smaller projects or defined workstreams from briefing through to delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting or coordinating CGI, visualization, or design-led creative teams.
• Strong organizational skills with an understanding of project scheduling and resource coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, track feedback, and manage project administration accurately.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to grow into a Producer role in the long term.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CGI workflows, 3D pipelines, and image post-production processes.
• An interest in architecture, interiors, placemaking, and the built environment.
• An interest in digital media and technology.
