About the role
Responsibilities
- Order spare parts and lubricants for construction machinery
- Manage and settle warehouse documentation
- Oversee oil management and waste management (BDO)
- Ensure correct and timely flow of all procurement documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a procurement role
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
- High level of self-reliance, conscientiousness, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of German or English is a significant advantage
