Junior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and announce tenders for project documentation, construction works (renovations, insulation, repairs, new builds), and material supplies
• Work with project and contractual documentation
• Control quantity surveys, budgets, and tender documentation
• Use KROS software for budgeting and calculations
• Administer tenders within the Proebiz system
• Communicate with suppliers and internal technical teams
• Compare offers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and evaluate tenders
• Perform supplier evaluations and basic reporting
• Conduct occasional site visits to monitor practical implementation

Requirements

• High school or University degree in a construction-related field
• Ability to interpret construction documentation and budgets
• Basic experience with quantity surveys, calculations, or KROS software
• Interest in construction preparation, tenders, and procurement
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Driver's license (Group B)
• Basic English is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction procurement or budgeting
• Familiarity with Proebiz system
