Junior Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement lifecycle including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
• Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, and Studio Operations to understand and meet business needs
• Conduct supplier benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation across company platforms
• Track deliveries, contract timelines, and monitor supplier performance
• Ensure all activities comply with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations
• Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Operations
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Coupa
• Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment
• Exposure to import, logistics, or local vendor sourcing activities in Brazil
