Junior Process Analyst - RCM

Responsibilities

• Answer insurance telephone inquiries and perform pre-call analysis via IVR or web portals
• Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for claim follow-ups
• Resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints at the first point of contact
• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify reasons for underpayment and top denial reasons
• Use appropriate codes to document denials and underpayments
• Solve complex problems within scope with minimal supervision
• Interact with key stakeholders and adapt to assigned projects
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes and operational workflows

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• Experience level: Fresher (0 to 5 months)
• Fluency in English (written and listening) with a neutral accent
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with at least 90% accuracy
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Willingness to work US shift timings
