Junior Process Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Request and create RDAs for supplier and partner payments
• Validate necessary information for RDA openings, including supplier data, values, cost centers, and expense nature
• Receive, verify, and forward invoices for payment to ensure compliance with fiscal and financial requirements
• Manage invoice rejections and coordinate with suppliers for necessary corrections or reissuances
• Control and organize payment requests to ensure deadline compliance and proper documentation
• Support payment control related to commercial actions, suppliers, and team activities
• Update and maintain spreadsheets and tracking databases for payments and requests
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team regarding billing, payments, and supplier demands

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience (Junior level)
• Master's degree
• Experience with RDA creation and validation
• Proficiency in invoice processing and verification
• Strong skills in payment tracking and control
• Advanced spreadsheet management skills
