About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers and technical sales engineers via telephone and on-site
- Provide pre-sales expertise for high-potential projects and after-sales support for technical issues and maintenance
- Train technical sales engineers on products and ensure their skill development
- Manage various technical or transverse projects to optimize internal company processes
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, instrumentation, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Strong analytical skills to solve diverse technical problems
- Pedagogical skills for training new employees
- Excellent verbal and written French
- Willingness to travel to client sites across France
