Junior Polisher

Responsibilities

• Operate table grinders (polishing wheels)
• Utilize technical documentation to guide work processes
• Perform measurements using various measuring instruments to ensure quality standards
• Verify completed work against technological assumptions
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Perform basic computer operations

Requirements

• Vocational or technical secondary education
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use basic measuring instruments
• Availability to work in a 2-shift system
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Communicative proficiency in the Polish language
