Junior PMO/Business Operations Associate Intern

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across PMO, operations, and service delivery teams
• Maintain project schedules, action items, and documentation to ensure delivery transparency
• Update and standardize project documentation, playbooks, and process materials
• Produce reports, dashboards, and trackers to surface operational metrics and project status
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Document workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field (in progress)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for presentations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail regarding documentation, data, and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI
• Exposure to foundational project management principles and timelines
• Familiarity with collaboration or content management tools like SharePoint
