Junior PMO Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GTS leadership to establish and maintain delivery plans
• Produce and manage regular project and programme reporting
• Track and monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions
• Take ownership of specific workstreams and coordination activities
• Maintain programme documentation within SharePoint and Confluence
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and scheduling activities
• Support PMO governance processes and controls
• Organise and facilitate project meetings and governance forums
• Produce dashboard reporting and programme metrics
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and reporting tools

Requirements

• 2.2 or higher degree (Law, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred)
• Good PMO background with understanding of project delivery methodologies
• Experience working within investment banking or financial services environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of payments, transaction banking, FinTech, or digital payments
• Experience working collaboratively in teams
