Junior Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create production schedules and planning scenarios to ensure efficient use of machines, personnel, and components
• Manage, create, and track production orders based on customer requirements
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure all planning targets are met
• Collaborate with Regional Supply Chain Management to optimize inventory levels and material flow
• Work with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve planning issues
• Manage component inventory and maintain effective communication with suppliers
• Proactively inform customer service regarding any deviations from the production schedule

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in Production Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Previous experience in a similar planning or scheduling role
• Good proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain a customer-centric mindset
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
