About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the general service plan and master schedule
- Monitor the Tactical Plan including monthly programs and activity schedules
- Conduct weekly meetings with executive area residents
- Track scheduled and completed activities
- Prepare reports and statistics regarding control activities
- Coordinate and monitor the operational plan developed by various areas
- Track open restrictions and coordinate with responsible parties for closure
- Review and consolidate monthly deliverables for the assigned operational area
- Consolidate and manage supplies for service execution
- Prepare the RAKEN Daily Report
- Participate in project team meetings and track agreements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a planning analyst or in similar functions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of PMBOK project management (desirable)
- Project planning skills (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Project (desirable)
- Must reside in Lima
