Junior Planner

Responsibilities

• Support the development of scope analysis and real estate project planning
• Prepare conceptual studies (test-fits) and review property data
• Contribute to budget estimates and financial planning for projects
• Analyze workplace trends and support planning strategies
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines and standards during planning and design phases
• Develop dashboards and data analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare presentations and executive materials for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Interact with client stakeholders to define strategies and execute projects
• Coordinate and monitor external suppliers
• Support Change Management initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
• Initial experience or internship in planning, corporate architecture, real estate, or related areas
• Knowledge of corporate environment design and workplace strategy
• Analytical skills and familiarity with data
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
