Junior Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting activities at the GSI Site in Kolaka.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.
• Support task management and communication within the maintenance department.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar planning position.
• Strong understanding of basic maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, honesty, and strong task management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Basic Maintenance Planner certification.
