Junior People Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for all people-related topics for Australia and Singapore
• Support leaders and colleagues in alignment with global People strategy
• Deliver core cyclical processes with support from Global Function People Leads
• Partner with local leadership on the annual people plan
• Support employee relations matters
• Oversee performance, engagement, pay reviews, and local compliance
• Manage local compliance including immigration and visa requirements

Requirements

• Experience in people operations or HR partnering
• Knowledge of Australian and/or Singaporean employment markets and compliance
• Ability to support regional leadership teams
• Experience managing employee relations and performance processes
