Responsibilities

• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and offboarding
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure employee data accuracy
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of HR processes and policies
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR-related questions
• Support managers in team engagement, performance tracking, and employee experience
• Help coordinate performance and feedback cycles
• Collect and analyze basic HR data such as surveys and engagement metrics
• Support internal communications and content creation for internal channels
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in HR or people-related roles (Junior HR Manager, Recruiter, Sourcer, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Upper-intermediate or higher English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Good organizational and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizing and managing engagement activities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• HR-related certifications or courses
