About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Leaders in team management, communication, onboarding, and employee development
- Coordinate People & Culture processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
- Support employer branding activities targeting sales positions
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement
- Participate in HR projects including motivation system optimization and leadership development
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Understanding of sales force dynamics (KPIs, commissions, turnover, performance pressure)
- Knowledge of labor law
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level)
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Willingness to travel frequently within Poland
- Higher education degree
