Junior Payments Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new partners, ensuring a timely and accurate process
• Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to gather necessary documentation
• Ensure all legal and compliance documents are collected and verified during the onboarding journey
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and troubleshooting
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on onboarding progress and handle ad-hoc requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in payments operations, onboarding, or a similar role
• Solid knowledge of payment processing systems and Fintech industry standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple merchant cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy regarding documentation
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
