Junior Payments and Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential card fraud cases by reviewing documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources
• Identify and communicate patterns or trends in payment activity to the wider team
• Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Implement best practices for the Group to manage payments and fraud screening in a Card Not Present environment
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when investigating complex cases

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
• Exposure to fraud cases, situations, or specific fraud ways of working
• Ability to spot trends and communicate findings effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations
• Capacity to manage a heavy workload and conflicting priorities
• Availability to work a rota-based shift pattern covering 6am-9pm, Monday-Sunday
