Junior Parts Associate

Responsibilities

• Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials
• Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Deliver parts and materials to production areas
• Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders
• Follow workplace safety procedures and safe lifting techniques
• Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items
• Work with production teams and warehouse staff to address shortages
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, or supply issues
• Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to commute to Etobicoke, Ontario
• Availability for minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a production environment
• Physical and mental effort required for parts handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
