Junior Packing Operator

Responsibilities

• Unpacking, packing, loading, and unloading goods (boxes, finished products)
• Operating machines and equipment as needed
• Supporting the production or warehouse team
• Quality control to ensure products meet specifications
• Adhering to established standards and key performance indicators
• Maintaining order, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Readiness to work in a cold environment
• Ability to perform physical work (bending, lifting, and long periods of standing)
• Availability for shift work (12h shifts)
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (costs covered if not held)
• Communicative level of Polish
• Commitment to food quality and safety
• Previous experience in a similar role is welcome
• Resilience and flexibility
• Love for dogs
