Junior Packaging Developer

Responsibilities

• Support and lead packaging development projects from initial development through qualification
• Create robust test plans, high-quality trial reports, and packaging specifications
• Ensure all components meet brand equity requirements, manufacturing constraints, and legal standards
• Manage packaging critical path schedules and communicate project risks to multifunctional teams
• Collaborate with QA, manufacturing, and procurement to drive mold and packing line qualification
• Challenge suppliers to deliver proper component qualifications and drive technical results

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 0-3 years of experience in packaging development, R&D, or operations-related project management
• Willingness to travel 25%-35% of the time
• Basic project management skills and a strong interest in packaging
• Ability to work effectively in a seamless, cross-functional team environment
