About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical training content and practical activities for new hire sessions
- Organize two-week training sessions for new employees with evolving content
- Evaluate knowledge retention through exercises and exams and provide feedback
- Assess new employee performance during training and share information with managers
- Promote continuous learning, human development, and operational excellence
- Execute changes determined by the OD Manager to update learning content
Requirements
- Experience in an OD role, trainer, or related function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Curiosity regarding AI and openness to using it for learning experiences
- High adaptability and tolerance for change
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Fluency in French and English
