Junior Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow Operating Discipline principles and procedures to ensure safe and efficient plant operation
• Operate and field check process equipment and monitor control systems
• Perform standard tasks including field checks, equipment preparation, and sampling
• Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process deviations and maintain equipment reliability
• Participate in Root Cause Investigations and manage unplanned events
• Perform minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance
• Operate forklifts and utilize digital tools like Microsoft Office for daily work
• Maintain a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardship

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid US driver's license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Process Technology or a related field
• 3 or more years of relevant experience
• 3 or more years of relevant military experience
