Junior Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely following operational discipline, principles, and standards
• Execute planned operational tasks and respond to unplanned events to ensure efficient production
• Collaborate with shift team members to balance workload and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Participate in effective shift handovers to ensure seamless communication and activity transfer
• Maintain required qualifications and complete training goals in a timely manner
• Identify proactive improvements using facility improvement processes and communication tools
• Perform raw material verification, packaging availability, and inventory counting
• Assist with machinery cleaning, raw material loading, and product discharging using presses and scales
• Label finished product drums and maintain area organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Completed technical course in chemistry
• Availability to work in a shift rotation
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment
