Junior Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical and administrative field operations assigned
• Ensure organized and controlled planning of field monitoring activities
• Optimize use and maintenance of work equipment and report anomalies
• Guarantee compliance with technical, administrative, and quality standards
• Ensure availability of necessary work elements and consumables
• Deliver accurate and timely information to internal and external clients
• Oversee safety compliance and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Participate in corrective/preventive actions and improvement plans
• Support internal and external audits for the Minerals sector
• Prepare quotes, follow up on clients, and control operational expenses
• Supervise assistants and operators during work tasks
• Manage procurement of consumables, supplies, and spare parts
• Assign work schedules and operational instructions to operators

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Two years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of technical standards for sampling, coal preparation, and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English language skills
