Junior Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wires
• Perform trade verification and reconciliation of bank accounts against internal treasury management systems
• Review, create, and approve payment information and beneficiary details
• Amend or modify foreign exchange transactions as required
• Communicate with clients to clarify beneficiary instructions or FX trades
• Liaise with the Risk Team to ensure exposure is covered and margin calls are met
• Support various projects aimed at improving operational processes

Requirements

• High attention to detail to ensure payment accuracy and prompt delivery
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate payment instructions for viability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes
• Knowledge of the FX payments industry
• Previous experience in payment processing or reconciliation is preferred but not required for the right candidate
