Junior Operations Securities Manager - Corporate Actions

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes
• Support analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns and investigating issues
• Communicate with external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
• Assist in developing scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• First experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management
• Knowledge of securities and banking processes like corporate actions
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office
