Junior Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Participate in work preparation, including planning, procurement, and defining operating procedures
• Assist in project costing and monitoring key performance indicators
• Organize and oversee industrial cleaning and sanitation operations
• Supervise unionized and non-unionized personnel both in the field and in the office
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Draft operational documents and intervention procedures for project execution
• Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as digitalization of processes
• Optimize the maintenance of field equipment, including vacuum trucks and high-pressure units

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Maintenance, or Industrial)
• Entry-level candidate or at least one year of operational experience
• Fluency in English (written and oral) to interact with colleagues and clients in Ontario
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to travel frequently within Quebec and Ontario
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
