Responsibilities

• Support the operational part of business tasks
• Analyze key metrics and warning signals and provide recommendations
• Optimize processes in cross-team policies and flows
• Automate manual and routine processes
• Actively interact with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, product, and analytics

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in FMCG, consulting, finance, or operations management (auditor, consultant, analyst, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheets
• Ability to analyze large volumes of information
• Strong attention to detail
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts clearly
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes

• Experience working with Tableau
