Junior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage back office processes including internal booking of cash and security transactions
• Handle external settlement, account reconciliation, and reporting tasks
• Investigate mismatches and patterns to identify optimization potential
• Develop scalable processes to support business growth
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or relevant studies
• Fundamental experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management
• Knowledge of banking processes such as payments, trading, settlement, and corporate actions
• Understanding of technical and legal requirements for security transactions
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
• Fluency in German and English
