Junior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site visits to assess project needs
• Estimate requirements for equipment, personnel, and timeframes
• Prepare business files and collect all necessary operational documentation
• Manage raw material supplies and procurement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentary follow-up
• Supervise on-site works and manage operational teams
• Organize and manage subcontractors
• Complete final project documentation and close-out files

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or specialized in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance)
• First operational experience (at least one year) is preferred, but beginners are welcome
• Strong desire to move into a management role within a technical/industrial environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic, field-oriented setting
