Junior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site visits and estimate requirements for equipment, personnel, and time
• Prepare business files and collect all necessary documentation for operations
• Manage raw material supplies and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Supervise on-site works and manage operational teams
• Organize and oversee subcontractors
• Complete final site reports and documentation

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or specialized in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance)
• Beginner level or at least 1 year of operational experience
• Desire to move into a management role within a technical/industrial environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic, field-oriented setting
